Final Step started with one van, one polisher and a rule we still work by: never hand back a car we would not be happy to drive ourselves.
The short version
One van, eight years, five hundred cars
We started because of a simple frustration: paying good money for a "detail" and getting a car back that had been rushed through in ninety minutes with a machine that put more swirls in than it took out.
So the model is deliberately small. Two cars a day at most. Everything by hand where hands do it better. Products chosen because they work, not because a distributor pushed them.
Most of our work still comes from neighbours who saw a car on a street and asked who did it. That is the only marketing that has ever mattered.

Confirmed in person before we start. If a job turns out to be smaller than expected, the price comes down, not up.
